Is it Possible to be a Full-time Mom with a Career

When I walked across that stage and was handed my diploma I was so excited. I finally graduated from college, something I always dreamed of since I was a kid. So I achieved my dream, what's next? I'm married, I have a beautiful daughter and a house... what's my next goal in life? 

I always knew I was not the stay-at-home mom type. I have always looked up to women who are stay-at-home moms because that is the hardest job in the world, but I knew I wanted to have some other type of responsibility and contribute to my family's income.

I've always had a job and I love working, but I did not love the idea of leaving my daughter with someone else. I'm her mom and I want to raise her and I should be able too. So I thought to myself, "Is it possible to have a career and be a full-time mom?"

I wanted to find something that I could do from home and the office. Something that I could do and bring my daughter with me was ideal.

A company with a daycare at the office, so I can pop in and out and check on her whenever I wanted too. Also, a place where my daughter can interact with other kids and learn social skills she wouldn't have learned from home.

A job where I can work on my time, where the amount of effort and work I put into it was the compensation I received. This is what I have at RYLA and I am so lucky to be involved with this amazing company.

We are a small company right now and as we grow, we want to be the ideal workplace for the ambitious mama. We want to provide a full-time daycare in our office and allow moms to be with their kids while working! Until we are big enough to handle that type of operation... We have another way to support the mommy hustlers out there!
