Final Sale / No Returns Policy

• All sales are final for clearance items — no returns or exchanges.

• The exception to this policy is only when items are damaged during shipping or if they are defective. Please note that this policy is in effect for all clearance items, regardless of when they were purchased. 

• Note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for clearance items that are not defective, damaged, or not as described. 

 

Returns for Damaged / Defective Items:

We accept returns of damaged / defective items within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase. 

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping fees for exchanges and returns. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Refunds for Damaged / Defective Items:

If you have returned your order and have tracking confirmation that it has been delivered, your refund should be processed within a week. You will receive an email confirming your refund has been processed. Please keep in mind that it may take 5-10 business days for you to see your refund reflected on your account.

Shipping:

Orders over $100 within the continental U.S. ship for free!

Orders under $100 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full cost of shipping will be displayed at checkout. 

We do not offer free exchanges or free returns - customers are responsible for shipping fees for exchanges and returns.

    International Shipping:

    While we are able to ship orders internationally, we do not offer free shipping, exchanges, or returns on international orders.

    Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Customers are responsible for all duties and fees associated with the purchase.  

      Product Care:

      The Ryla Ready Diaper Bag and Pouch Organizers are easy to clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent! We recommend cleaning your items in the washing machine only as a last resort.
